Location: Toluca, Mexico — Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite

Experience: 5–7 years

Must-Have Skills

• 5–7 years of strong Python development
• Hands-on FastAPI development and REST API design
• Python React full-stack experience
• OOP, clean/modular architecture, clean coding practices
• Unit, integration, API & regression testing; mocking/test automation
• Git & CI/CD workflows
• API security: authentication, authorization, validation & error handling
• Debugging, performance optimization, and production support
• Agile collaboration and end-to-end ownership

Nice to Have

• Async Python & FastAPI dependency injection
• React, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform/serverless
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• AI/LLM application integration
• Observability, metrics, tracing & structured logging
