🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning (Remote – Mexico)

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who can go beyond dashboards and truly own end-to-end analytical workflows — from framing complex problems to delivering insights that influence critical decisions in clinical development.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead complex clinical analytics across multiple data sources
• Design and deploy statistical models & ML solutions in healthcare contexts
• Work with large-scale clinical datasets , including pharmacology-related data
• Build robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Machine Learning + Statistical Modeling
• Hands-on expertise with Python or R and large-scale data environments (Spark, cloud, etc.)
• Proven experience working with clinical or healthcare datasets
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and work in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams

💡 Nice to have: Experience in oncology, dermatology, hematology , or advanced modeling techniques like time-to-event / longitudinal analysis .
