Senior Fullstack (React/Python/Node) Engineer | Remote | Mexico

We are hiring for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning) with strong AI/agentic building experience to help completely rebuild and scale a human-blended AI coaching platform, and the role focuses on driving a complete architectural overhaul. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of agency, a quick-iteration mindset, and the ability to work directly alongside the VP of Engineering in a tight-knit team. You should have a sharp eye for UI/UX detail on the front end, coupled with robust backend capabilities in Node.js and Python to build out sophisticated agentic workflows and structured coaching frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end architecture and UI/UX implementation to ensure a highly polished, detailed user experience.
• Rebuild and scale backend APIs, session management, and user routing layers.
• Design and implement AI/agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments to deliver highly personalized advice.
• Build and maintain a seamless, human-blended AI handoff system, allowing real-time transitions to human coaches.
• Support enterprise-facing features, including mid-conversation human support requests and video call scheduling.
• Develop and deploy cross-platform mobile elements and administrative interfaces.
• Iterate rapidly on product features, balancing speed and quick execution with robust design patterns.
• Define and implement reusable component patterns across the entire application stack.
• Act as a core driver of the engineering roadmap, operating with extreme autonomy and direct communication.

Core Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with React , TypeScript , and front-end optimization.
• Production experience with Node . js for server APIs and session management.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM integrations, or orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python development skills, specifically with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs.
• Experience with Expo or React Native for mobile application delivery.
• Strong pattern recognition skills and a track record of creating reusable, scalable components.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-agency environment and comfortable iterating with imperfect code.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset to drive projects forward without waiting for tasks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Go ( Golang ) as an alternative backend capability.
• Experience scaling early-stage platforms ahead of venture capital funding rounds.
• Background in developing EdTech, coaching, or complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with building complex, multi-modal workflow orchestrators.
