Responsibilities

• Map out and construct long-lasting, scalable technical systems that match organizational targets and engineering criteria
• Share input during architecture discussions, offering viewpoints that help determine how projects develop
• Cooperate with teams across different disciplines to ensure deliverables arrive on time and meet quality expectations
• Critique code written by other developers, giving practical feedback that reinforces strong engineering norms
• Navigate and solve complex technical obstacles that surface at various points in the development timeline
• Assist in developing junior colleagues by transferring knowledge that strengthens their abilities and self-assurance
• Contribute to planning conversations, helping establish project parameters and provide dependable time forecasts
• Stay alert to changes within the technology field and apply beneficial new techniques to ongoing work
• Maintain thorough records of important technical decisions and approaches to protect the codebase's future stability
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to establish clear objectives and confirm final work matches commitments made

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of practical, relevant experience in a comparable technical role
• Applied understanding of AI tools and theoretical concepts, used to enhance solution engineering methods
• Solid command of Java Core fundamentals combined with expertise in object-oriented programming
• Demonstrated experience applying Java 8 features within hands-on development projects
• Skilled at utilizing Spring Boot for creating and maintaining backend infrastructure pieces
• Previous work experience involving cloud systems powered by Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services for administering and launching cloud-oriented deployments
• Understanding of CI/CD foundations that support reliable, automated software delivery
• Competent in using SQL to manage and extract data from relational database environments
• Proven ability to build systems following Microservice Architecture design standards
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating with REST API interfaces
• Strong familiarity with Unit Testing practices to ensure consistent, high-quality code
• Awareness of NoSQL database technologies compatible with Java development
• Effective English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
