REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments, designing and building backend services.
• Strong hands-on experience with React in production environments.
• Experience designing and building clean, well-structured APIs consumed by a frontend.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and operating applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving production issues, following through until they’re fully resolved.
• Solid development practices: maintainable code, automated testing, active participation in code reviews, and proactive handling of technical debt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work with incomplete or shifting requirements and turn them into an actionable plan.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight, resolve blockers independently, and contribute to agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives).
