We are seeking a Senior Python Web Developer to strengthen our Python web delivery and keep our services performant, secure, and available. You will work with the team to update existing platforms, integrate APIs, resolve complex issues, and guide best practices through reviews and mentorship. Responsibilities

Deliver robust web applications using Python-based solutions

Increase system efficiency and sustain high availability of web services

Add external APIs and integrate additional services to expand capabilities

Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones

Optimize and update existing web platforms to keep pace with new needs

Perform code reviews and mentor team members to improve outcomes

Investigate and solve complex issues within web-based systems

Champion development best practices to streamline engineering processes

Assist with feature planning and estimation for upcoming products

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a related field

3+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on web technologies

Demonstrated proficiency in Python for developing and supporting web-based projects

Background in database management to enable reliable data handling

Experience using Git for version control and effective collaboration

Hands-on work with Django, Flask, or FastAPI as Python web frameworks

Knowledge of Python web servers for hosting and deploying applications

Understanding of security principles to ensure application safety

Familiarity with software development methodologies and delivery practices

English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher with strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have

Experience deploying and maintaining web applications with cloud infrastructure

Knowledge of Docker and containerization tools to optimize environment configuration

Ability to use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create interactive, dynamic frontend interfaces
