About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineerto join a collaborative, fast-paced engineering team.

In this role, you'll take ownership of key product and infrastructure initiatives that drive scalability, performance, and user experience across a growing digital platform.

You'll work hands-on across the stack—from React and Next.js frontends to Python APIs—while shaping the future of the fullstack architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web interfaces using Reactand Next.js
• Build and extend Python-based APIsand data-driven backend services
• Lead initiatives to improve scalability, observability, and system resilience
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and customer success
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the evolution of the fullstack architecture
• Occasionally assist with internal IT or infrastructure-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ yearsof professional experience in software engineering
• 2+ yearsof hands-on experience with Reactand Next.js
• Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade APIs using Python
• Strong understanding of systems design, cloud-native environments,and infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in SQLand data modeling
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Zustand, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Vercel
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, particularly in production environments
• Experience with Flutteror cross-platform mobile frameworks
• Comfort assisting with occasional internal IT tasks (e.g., device setup, troubleshooting)
