Requirements• Required – Technical Skills· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.· 4+ years of experience administering Linux server environments.· Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu Linux.· Experience performing operating system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.· Knowledge of server monitoring and performance tuning.· Experience in capacity planning and infrastructure maintenance.· Understanding of system security, user administration, and access management.· Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating system, and application performance issues.· Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, NTP.

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)· Manage and administer Linux server environments to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.· Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade server hardware and operating systems.· Monitor server performance, system health, and resource utilization.· Proactively identify and resolve issues.· Perform system updates, patch management, and security remediation activities.· Plan and manage server capacity to support business growth and operational requirements.· Execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize service interruptions and unplanned downtime.· Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, operating system, and infrastructure-related incidents.· Implement and enforce security standards, access controls, and system hardening practices.· Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.· Collaborate with network, database, application, and security teams.· Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.· Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution efforts.
