Intel's Data Center Requirements team develops and deploys engineering software solutions that directly support active programs across the entire Data Center roadmap, working with high level stakeholders such as architects, program managers, and execution teams.

We are looking for an energetic team member with extensive knowledge of programming both front-end and back-end systems, database work, Microsoft Power BI, and creating software solutions with uncompromising creativity, quality, and integrity.

The selected applicant will be part of the global software team responsible for helping develop our software environment with a focus on improving existing software architecture and connecting systems.

The software role requires experience with web design and development, scripting, database work, data structures, as well as a thorough knowledge of the software development process. This employee must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent worker who is passionate about quality of output, and must have the ability to produce results with minimal supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications across the full application stack, including both frontend and backend development.
• Maintaining SLA on current web environment while also delivering high quality new features on customer requests.
• Power BI development with a focus on user experience and quick, clear access to relevant information.
• Designing creative solutions to issues and feature requests.
• Bug fixing and responding to user issues.
• Continually strive to uphold and improve standards of code quality across our codebases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide creative solutions to feature requests and issues.
• Communicate project status and updates, including possible delays and setbacks.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience based on business needs and job requirements.
• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Comprehensive web development (front-end/back-end)
  • Database and Power BI experience for data management
  • Git version control and remote repository management (GitHub)
  • Data experience (data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering)

• Advance English level.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular development experience.
• 1+ years of Vue.js with ecosystem (Nuxt) development experience.
• 1+ years of Python development with Django framework experience for backend solutions.
• Non-relational database experience (Graph).
• Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience in optimizing data driven dashboards with focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.
• Proven delivery of technical expertise in issue diagnosis and resolution.

Work Model for this Role
