Role OverviewNMFTA is seeking a true senior-level Software Developer with 10 years of professional experience , capable of operating at or near an architect-level. This role goes beyond feature development and requires deep technical judgment, cloud expertise, and hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in production environments.The ideal candidate brings years of real-world experience, recognizes patterns and anti-patterns, anticipates risks, and helps guide technical decisions in complex cloud-based systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and MongoDBLead or strongly influence technical decisions in cloud-native architecturesDevelop, deploy, and optimize solutions on Microsoft AzureBuild and maintain event-driven and distributed system sImplement and integrate AI-powered features into backend systemsCollaborate closely with architects, product, QA, and cross-functional stakeholdersTroubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysisSupport DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and optimizationParticipate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planningApply best practices to prevent technical debt, performance issues, and costly reworkMust-Have Requirements~10 years of professional software development experience (non-negotiable)~ Ability to operate at or near architect-level , not just senior execution~ Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure , including:~ Azure Functions, App Services~ Event-driven architecture~ Service Bus, Queues, Storage~ Application Insights, monitoring, and cost optimization~ Strong experience with C# / .NET (including .NET Core and multiple versions)~ Strong experience with SQL Server~ Strong experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases~ Solid experience with DevOps & CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred; GitHub Actions acceptable)~ Hands-on AI implementation experience , such as:~ Azure AI Services / Cognitive Services~ OpenAI integrations in backend systems~ Natural Language Processing (NLP)~ Data classification, intelligent search, automated decision systems~ AI agents or internal productivity tools~ Using ChatGPT or Copilot as a user does NOT count as AI experience~ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills~ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams~ Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)~ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to HaveFront-end experience with Angular or ReactExperience developing or contributing to mobile applicationsExperience with Power BIFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
