About The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineering Lead to join our global technology team. This position is responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing scalable front-end and back-end systems. You will guide architectural decisions, promote engineering excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that support our mission.
Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and promoting engineering excellence. Architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable front-end and back-end systems using Angular, React, TypeScript, and Oracle. Ensure system reliability and performance through well-architected, high-availability solutions.
Promote and enforce TDD, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in Agile processes—including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical decision-making. Collaborate cross-funct
