Key Responsibilities
- Power Platform Development: Build enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automation flows with Power Automate, integrating Microsoft 365 connectors such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure stability, scalability, and security of internal tools; manage incidents, updates, and continuous improvements following best practices.
- Enterprise Integrations: Connect solutions with Salesforce, SAP, REST APIs, JSON services, and SQL databases, enabling seamless data flows across departments.
- Data Analytics & Insights:
- Design and execute data queries and models to identify trends, anomalies, and KPIs across business functions (Operations, Sales, Quality, Finance, Engineering).
- Build dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support decision‑making.
- Create and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and validation.
- Python Scripting: Develop Python scripts for ETL processes, data cleaning, exploratory analysis, report generation, and automation (using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, requests, etc.).
- Applied AI: Explore and create prototypes using AI/ML or Generative AI for internal use cases (e.g., smart assistants, ticket classification, automated data extraction).
- Quality & Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation (diagrams, user manuals, test cases, change logs); apply QA principles through testing methodologies.
- Design Process: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create prototypes, validate workflows, and deploy solutions following UX and process design standards.
- User Support & Collaboration: Train key users, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements with a focus on business impact.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Hands‑on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Databases: Strong understanding of relational modeling, SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs), normalization, and basic data security concepts.
- Integrations & APIs: Knowledge of REST, JSON, standard/custom connectors, and authentication (OAuth 2.0 preferred).
- Python: Experience writing scripts for ETL/ELT, data analysis, file manipulation, and automation workflows using common packages.
- Business Intelligence: Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, basic DAX, visualization, publishing, scheduled refresh).
- Microsoft 365 Services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and permissions/security basics.
- Web Technologies (Nice to Have): HTML, CSS, JavaScript for light extensions.
- ERP/CRM Exposure (Preferred): Salesforce and/or SAP integrations or data extraction.
- DevOps Basics: Version control using Git, branching, pull requests, and task management tools (e.g., Jira or Azure Boards).
