Crossing HurdlesCommitment: Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week (with flexibility to increase) Role Responsibilities Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy Provide structured feedback on solution quality, correctness, and clarity Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or programming language Support benchmarking efforts to assess AI model capabilities Requirements Strong experience in software engineering, technical research, or technical content development Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong experience debugging, testing, and validating code High attention to detail and comfort with technical writing Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
