• *The Role**

We’re hiring an experienced

• *Sr. Full-Stack Developer**

with strong production experience in

• *Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript**

to help accelerate product delivery and raise the quality bar across our platform.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on engineering role for someone who has already built, shipped, and supported real systems in production. You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to technical decisions, and work closely with a distributed team to turn business needs into reliable, scalable software.

This role is also stakeholder-facing. You should be comfortable joining discovery calls, participating in sprint reviews and demos, and clearly explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences.

We are not looking for a junior developer, a task-taker, or someone still learning the fundamentals on the job. We’re looking for someone who can ramp quickly, operate independently, and ship with confidence.

• Make strong architectural and implementation decisions across frontend and backend
• Ship polished product experiences, including edge cases, loading states, error states, and performance improvements
• Debug issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers
• Collaborate across time zones with strong async communication and clear handoffs
• Participate in discovery, sprint reviews, and demos with internal and external stakeholders
• Own features from planning through launch and production support
• *AI-Assisted Development**

We actively use tools like

• *Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-assisted workflows**

to improve speed and code quality. You should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while applying strong engineering judgment, validating outputs, and taking full ownership of what ships.

• *Required Qualifications
• 5+ years**

of professional software engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining
• *production systems
• Strong proficiency in
• JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong production experience with:
• - Node.js + NestJS
• - React + Next.js
• - Prisma + PostgreSQL**

or similar ORM/relational database stack

• Experience designing and maintaining
• *REST and/or GraphQL APIs**
• Strong understanding of:

including SSR, SSG, and ISR

• frontend architecture and state management
• debugging, reliability, and performance in production environments
• Experience owning systems or features end-to-end for real users
