As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, driving the development of scalable, high-performance applications. You will operate at the intersection of frontend elegance and backend stability, leveraging your expertise in React/Next.js and Java to build seamless user experiences.

We are looking for a technical leader who understands that great code is not just functional, but maintainable, observable, and resilient.

Qualifications we are looking for: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade software.

Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js. You should be comfortable with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and state management.

Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), specifically with Java (Spring Boot preferred).

Hands-on experience with asynchronous communication patterns using Message Queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and Event Pipelines.

Job duties: Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack applications using React/Next.js for the frontend and Java for backend microservices.

Lead the design of distributed systems, ensuring that services are decoupled and scalable through the use of message queues and event-driven architectures.

Conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor mid-level and junior engineers, and champion engineering best practices (TDD, CI/CD, and Clean Code).

Collaborate on data modeling and schema design, ensuring efficient data flow and integrity across our event pipelines.

Identify bottlenecks in the stack—from rendering cycles in React to JVM tuning—and implement high-impact optimizations.
