Sr. Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs for data management platforms.
• Build tools to support data migration and update client SDKs for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, and customers, to deploy services across accounts.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of second-generation services and microservices architecture.
• Assist in migrating customers from legacy platforms to new systems.
• Write clear and detailed technical documentation and specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards

Requirements

Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python

• Frameworks: Experience with Django or Flask is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Expertise in PostgreSQL and Cassandra.
• System Design: Solid understanding of system design principles, data structures, and distributed systems.
• API Development: Hands-on experience with building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
• CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platform: Proficiency with AWS.
