About the Role
We are looking for a Support Engineer who combines strong troubleshooting capabilities with a consultative, customer-focused mindset.
You will work closely with enterprise customers, partners, and internal engineering teams to investigate technical issues, support integrations, and ensure platform stability across complex commerce environments.
This role goes beyond traditional help desk support — you will become a trusted technical partner helping customers successfully operate and scale their commerce solutions.
What You Will Do
- Provide technical support for enterprise customers using the Virtocommerce platform.
- Investigate incidents and customer requests through structured help desk workflows.
- Diagnose frontend and integration issues using browser Developer Tools.
- Analyze application behavior and performance issues.
- Collaboricate with engineering teams using Azure DevOps workflows.
- Assist with troubleshooting cloud-based deployments and integrations.
- Use monitoring and diagnostics tools such as Application Insights when investigating incidents.
- Communicate clearly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across different technical levels.
- Facilitate issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- English level B2–C1 (both written and spoken).
- Direct experience working in Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong consultative approach and customer service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using browser Developer Tools (DevTools) for troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Application Insights or similar monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Background working with web applications or commerce platforms.
