We are looking for a passionate and analytical professional to join our team and help drive application stability, performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

💡 Key responsibilities:

✔️ Analyze and resolve application issues through code debugging and log analysis

✔️ Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and engineering teams

✔️ Identify trends, recurring failures, and propose long-term solutions

✔️ Automate processes and alerts in collaboration with engineering teams

✔️ Improve application stability, performance, and operational efficiency

✔️ Participate in change management and risk control in production environments

✅ Must-have skills:

🔹 Strong understanding of Data Structures and problem solving in production environments

🔹 Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting

🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management

🔹 Hands-on experience with Unix, Java, Python, and SQL
