• *We are looking for a Technical Leader Java with Cloud Azure.
• *Required Qualifications.
• 7+ years in software engineering;
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Senior Lead role guiding teams.
• *Technical Skills.
• Strong Java (Java 11+), Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, JVM performance tuning.
• Expert in API design, REST/GraphQL, API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), API security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT).
• Proven delivery on Microsoft Azure: App Services or AKS, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Key Vault, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Storage, Event Grid/Service Bus, App Insights.
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; branching and release strategies (GitFlow/Trunk-Based).
• Front-end integration familiarity (React/Angular/Vue) and mobile patterns (native or cross-platform such as Flutter/React Native) sufficient to guide teams.
• Solid RDBMS/NoSQL design, caching (Redis), asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• *Key Responsibilities.
• Lead and guide development teams in web and mobile projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Design and oversee application architectures based on Java and deployed in Microsoft Azure.
• Define coding, testing, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) guidelines.
• Actively participate in the development of critical components and code reviews.
• Promote the use of design patterns, microservices, and APIs to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure mobile applications integrate seamlessly with backend services and Cloud platforms.
• Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to mitigate them.
