, you will:

• Provide technical leadership, ensuring architecture and design align with FindLaw standards and strategy
• Participate end-to-end in the agile lifecycle, from story creation to production release
• Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality, customer-focused application features
• Tackle complex technical challenges and drive long-term application stability and performance
• Apply secure development practices and contribute non-functional requirements
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best development standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Support production systems to ensure high availability and quality
• *Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years with
• *Java

• Strong experience building and maintaining
• *RESTful services
• Cloud

experience with AWS or Azure

• Messaging systems

experience (SQS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or similar)

• Solid knowledge of Java database transactions and complex
• *SQL
• Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise features
• Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code, and secure development practices
• Experience with performance, scalability, and troubleshooting complex systems
• Hands-on experience with security vulnerability scanning tools (Snyk, Qualys)
• Agile mindset with a strong focus on automation, unit and integration testing
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first approach and strong communication skills
