About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer who lives at the intersection of enterprise integrations, API troubleshooting, and direct customer collaboration. Someone who is just as comfortable in a technical discovery call with a global IT team as they are debugging a failing REST integration in a staging environment.
This is not a heads-down software development role. If you enjoy spending most of your time coding new features, this is probably not the right fit.

What You Will Do
As an Implementation Engineer, you will be the technical lead for bringing our AI-driven platform to life inside complex enterprise environments.
You will
Own end-to-end implementations for new enterprise customers—from technical discovery to go-live.
Run technical discovery sessions to deeply understand each customer's stack: ITSM, IDAM, SaaS tools, security constraints, and network considerations.
Configure and integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as:
ITSM: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management
Identity: Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID
Design and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP), including authentication, payload mapping, error handling, and logging.
Test, validate, and troubleshoot integrations across dev, staging, and production environments, working closely with customer IT and internal engineering.
Document everything you implement: integration steps, configurations, runbooks, and lessons learned, so that the next deployment is faster and smoother.
You will thrive in this role if you:
Have at least 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
Have hands-on experience implementing system integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs (not just consuming them within your own app, but connecting systems together).
Are familiar with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and identity systems (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID), and have integrated with at least some of them.
Have administered or deployed enterprise SaaS applications, and understand the realities of corporate networks, permissions, and security.
Are comfortable working in Linux/Windows environments using the command line for troubleshooting, logs, and connectivity checks.
Can write and understand scripts or code in at least one backend language: Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash.
