  • *About The Role**
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal users to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology tools, including both software and hardware. This role focuses on maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, supporting network connectivity, and managing requests related to IT resources and equipment.
  • *Responsibilities
  • Configuration and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, iOS).
  • Office-level technical support and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Administration of backup and data restoration tools.
  • Management of IT consoles and service ticketing tools (Zammad, Jira).
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions (Microsoft Defender) and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WLAN networks and network equipment maintenance.
  • Experience liaising with vendors for technical support and warranty management.
  • Desirable knowledge in cloud technologies (Microsoft, Google), VoIP, CCTV, and Data Warehouse (DWH).
  • *Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in operating systems configuration (Windows, iOS).
  • Hardware and software maintenance experience.
  • Experience with Office 365 and basic IT software tools.
  • Knowledge of backup and restore procedures.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WLAN).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zammad, Jira).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, self-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • *Nice To Have Skills**
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft, Google).
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems and tools.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV and access control systems.
  • Experience with antivirus management (Microsoft Defender).
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence documentation.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.
  • Configuration and maintenance of printers.
  • Basic electronics knowledge.
