We are looking for a Web Developer to join our team This role is ideal for someone who thinks about content as a source of truth that AI models want to cite and who can build beautiful, fast, conversion-focused pages to match

Requirements

• WordPress Development:

Build and maintain high-end, "theme-less" websites using

Oxygen Builder

. You’ll be responsible for custom layouts, complex dynamic data integrations, and ensuring pixel-perfect responsiveness.

• Shopify Storefronts:

Build, customize, and launch Shopify sites. This includes working with themes, configuring sections, and writing custom

Liquid code to achieve specific functionality.

• Next.js Frontend:

Develop custom, high-performance web applications using

React and Next.js

, deployed via

Vercel

• Infrastructure & Hosting:

Manage the "behind-the-scenes" tech. This includes setting up hosting accounts in

WHM/cPanel

, managing DNS records, and ensuring SSL certificates and server configurations are solid.

• SEO Mindset:

Understanding of site structure, Core Web Vitals (PageSpeed), and implementing Schema markup.

• App Integration:

Experience connecting Shopify with third-party apps and APIs.

• Multi-Tasking:

Ability to balance multiple client projects with different stacks simultaneously without losing track of the details.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Deep understanding of the American market consumer behavior, buying psychology, regional nuance, and cultural context
• Hands-on experience building pages in Webflow and/or Oxygen Builder (portfolio required)
• Strong grasp of content structure, schema markup, and entity-based SEO
• Ability to independently research markets and translate insights into high-converting page strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, and at least one GEO monitoring tool
• Excellent written and spoken English you'll be communicating with US-based stakeholders daily
• Self-starter who can manage multiple verticals simultaneously without hand-holding
• Actively uses ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews as part of their daily workflow only as a support tool.

What we offer:

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST (Fully remote on camera).

Monthly salary: $15000 MXN (after 3 months 18000 MXN)
