Role Summary

Lead global operations and support for Sales Systems ensuring high availability performance and compliance Manage application environments coordinate releases and drive process improvements while leading a team and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Sales Systems globally
• Manage incidents changes and releases via ServiceNow JIRA
• Ensure DB connectivity and troubleshoot across Oracle MySQL MS SQL environments
• Automate workflows using Slack scripting Python PowerShell Bash and optimize processes
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for deployments and upgrades
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and manage tasks via Asana Air table
• Lead performance tuning capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives
• Provide leadership mentoring and reporting for global support teams

Preferred

Experience in enterprise scale application management scripting for automation and managing packaged custom applications in a global environment.
