Young Professional – Learning & Development at BairesDev

We are looking for a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in L&D within a global tech company, where you'll support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support the evaluation and improvement of learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and contribute to the development of targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
