Project Manager and Agile Delivery professional with 6+ years of experience leading software development, digital transformation, and technology initiatives across cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, delivery governance, KPIs, and financial tracking.
Strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Hybrid delivery models, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating Scrum of Scrums, supporting PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Experienced working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, and AI productivity tools, using data, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making, identify delivery risks, and improve team performance.
