Coordinate and manage all the medical services, give the collaborators the best attention regarding their health at the Company, fulfillment of the different law’s requirements such as STPS, IMSS law and Labor Law. Lead Kaizen projects related to ergonomics at the manufacturing area, ergonomic evaluations and changing some ergonomic standards. Coordinate with different institutions (government or private) the health week since 2014, generating the preventive health scope in the plexus workers, bringing to the site services such as cancer detection, vaccinations, wellness, ergonomics for the usual activities, etc.
Prevent labor or epidemiological risks at the Company working with the different areas especially human resources, finance, and the different manufacturing departments. Medical surveillance of the Plexus population, regarding all the labor risks and / or epidemiologic. Coordinate with the management staff the different strategies and actions related to Covid, give medical and epidemiological orientation and fulfill all the requirements needed to continue the activities.
Manage the forecast to full feed the needs of the medical department and staff, the health programs and the studies needed to complement the legal requirements. Yellow belt certificate applied to ergonomics at the site.
Medical revisions of the new employees and periodical revisions to the risk positions, coordinate health campaigns for the medical leaves´ diminution. Ergonomic evaluation to the different working areas, with the implementation of actions to reduce the ergonomic risk.
Coordinate the preventive health campaigns, diminish the health absenteeism of the population. In order to maintain the OHSAS, ISO 14 and STPS certifications worked with the safety and environmental areas. . Started with different projects in preventive healthcare with corporative recognition.
Coordinate the risk surveillance evaluations to the workers at it. Coordinate the EHS learning program and the First Aid brigade. Manage different activities with government dependences such as COESIDA, COMUDE, CECAJ, IMSS and SSA applying different activities with the Jabil population.
Started with the medical services at one Jabil new facility and starting operations at it.
