- Execute overall coordination of program activities, reporting the sourcing status (cost, tooling development and timing) for new vehicles to ensure successful program launches.
- Continuously monitor and measure project activities to ensure no delays to the project and that potential risks are identified in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and to communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Engineering (Design Changes), Finance (cost impact) and Manufacturing (Changes Adoption for mass production).
