In the recent years of being in contact with my community I've realized that technology should be accessible for everyone. As a frotend developer one of my goals has been to build accessibility bridges through programming and developing new ideas. This has motivated me to keep evolving as a professional.

• Leaded a team of ten and developed a role planning and evaluation strategy focused on each members' responsibilities, role and personal skills.
• Promoted local talent through a mentoring program for young people on my community.
• Carried out sales strategies aiming to empathise with the client's requirements.
• Managed an e-commerce implementation across six different digital platforms (Mercado Libre, ClaroShop, Sears, Amazon, Liverpool, Shopee) whilst being responsible for inventory, product publication, pricing strategy and advertising.
