• Allocated the merchandise to all point of sales in Mexico (300 stores) by designing and improving the allocation process to balance all the stores and maximize the inventory turnover.

thru methodology.

• Coordinate the Liverpool projects oriented to the commercial area, including the strategic projects:

Allocation and Central Warehouse automatic replenishment.

Achievements ü Increased the final gross margin of the computer department from -3.5% to 7.0% by modifying a promotion from 20% to 10% off.

ü Increased the inventory turnover of the kids’ shoes department from 3.2 to 4 due to the project of warehouse replenishment.

ü Increased sales 70% for the TV department during the 2010 Soccer World cup with an accurate sales forecast having a sell-thru of 94%
