Responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct area operation (water treatment plant, boilers,
refrigeration, CO2 and electrical installations).
- Responsible for the delivery in time and form of energy for the entire plant.
- Responsible for the follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance of the areas, as well as support to the maintenance strategy.
- Leader of continuous improvement projects (KAIZEN, RCFA's, VSM,
Operational Risk Reduction Routes) focused on improving KPI's.
- Coordinate operation, maintenance and cleaning activities of the personnel in charge (11 direct personnel + 2 contractors).
- Evaluation of personnel in charge and development follow-up.
- Participation in the autonomous maintenance pillar (TPM).
- In charge of materials management (inventory of CO2 and chemicals materials for water treatment).
- Budget follow up of the area in charge.
- Support to the Beer Elaboration and Bottling areas.
- Follow-up of investment projects in the area (Capex and Opex).
