Managing the analysis of business and financial performance of Q2C Organization with more than 225 employees, interacting with my Finance team located in US and Ops team located in Brazil, Assessment was provided on a country level, I oversaw US and CANADA assessment The goal in this position was to consolidate my assessment along with other 7 assessments (one per different country and Operation contact and Financial Analysts)
As a result, a single Month-end Assessment was provided along with Bridges (comparisons to previous periods)
I used to lead the negotiations with FA’s and Operations contacts about timing for deliverables, as I needed to have enough time for consolidation, while helping them with their own issues, proving guidance and sharing best practices.
I helped also on developing business and financial strategies to meet budget objectives, Assessment was presented to CHQ (Chief Head Quarters) finance team (located in US) and Ops team (Located in Brazil)
