• Development & Launch: Participated in designing and building the core architecture starting in 2021, supporting a team of 2 developers and 1 UI/UX designer until the official launch. The platform grew to be used by over 150 companies.
• Optimization: Helped improve data processing so accountants could import a full year of financial records in 10-15 minutes, saving days of manual entry.
• Integrations: Connected the system with various third-party APIs (CardConnect, Tilled, SoftPoint, Microbilt) to handle transactions.
• Infrastructure: Assisted in migrating servers from a VPS to Azure and finally to AWS, setting up basic CI/CD pipelines to separate development, testing, and production environments.

Led development of an IT recruitment platform and managed a team of 4 developers

• Custom Development: Built a recruitment platform that replaced the client's Excel files, centralizing all their information in one place.
