• Designed, built, and shipped Scout, a Chrome MV3 extension that records user workflows and auto-generates structured skill files for AI agents; owned the product from MVP to Chrome Web Store submission on a three-week release roadmap.
• Built the workflow replay engine, a voice-to-text capture pipeline, and a redesigned popup UI for non-technical users.
• Implemented secure multi-tenant persistence in Supabase with Row-Level Security, and integrated Anthropic and OpenAI APIs for structured skill-file generation through Edge Functions.
• Built, tested, and deployed agentic automations and AI voice agents for service-business clients with n8n and ElevenLabs, including CRM integrations; owned client onboarding and end-to-end automated workflows.
