I am a person who is really oriented to customer service. Being face- to-face with customers is something that I enjoy, and I always make my best effort to reach a total satisfaction for them. I am also very diligent when it comes to following rules and procedures.
Retail Sales Associate (November 2022 – May 2023)
I’ve completed my first shipboard contract ever onboard the Explorer of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) in which not only have I continued to develop my knowledge in the retail industry, but I’ve also learned how it works when it comes to cruise ship operations including dry dock work. I was assigned to the Logo shop, in which I would do the hosting, selling, restocking, cleaning, visual fixing, warehouse work, etcetera. This experience has made me see how much I enjoy shipboard life and interacting with customers (guests) and colleagues in a different context.
Salesperson (November 2021 – September 2022)
I worked in the menswear section of a department store selling renowned brands such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Óscar de la Renta, Penguin, Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, Ferrioni, DKNY, Manchester, among others. I would receive periodic manifests and nicely place the clothes throughout my area as established in the Visual Presentation & Display manual.
Bilingual Agent (February 2021 – May 2021)
I worked for Volkswagen Credit, Audi Financial Services, and Ducati Financial Services by taking inbound and outbound phone calls. The main task was to collect debts from customers located in the United States, but part of my job was also to help those same customers with other matters, such as solving their online account issues, waiving their applicable fees, transferring them to a different department, providing deferral assistance, and taking or scheduling their payments.
Sales Specialist (September 2019 – December 2020)
My activities included handling cash registers, selling electronic items with their respective protection plans, giving assistance via phone, multichannel selling, doing back-office work, receiving and sending goods to other stores, to the distribution center and to the e-commerce department. Also, I went several times to other stores to help as an extra support.
General Employee (March 2016 - September 2017)
I got to be part of the opening of a luxury cinema multiplex in a new mall. During my stay in that company, I covered multiple positions, such as entry host, waiter, front desk agent, snack bar attendant and bartender, utilizing Microsoft Vista system with fixed and portable POS equipment. I discovered my passion for customer service, I learned how to treat people and how to work as a team.
