Industrial Engineer with experience in drilling tool maintenance and QHSE management in the oil and gas sector. Specialized in technical inspection under DS1 standards, risk control, and compliance with operational KPIs. Experienced in team leadership, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Currently focused on industrial safety and sustainability.

Supervision and monitoring of four maintenance areas: pumping systems, electrical systems, refrigeration, and infrastructure maintenance. Coordination of technical activities to ensure the continuous operation of facilities. Management of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work tool requests.

Preparation of monthly risk reports and action plans (QHSE). Compliance with 100% of weekly tool requests according to operational KPIs. Operation of lifting equipment, including overhead cranes and hoists, for safe loading and unloading.
Operation of BreakOut machine for torquing and unscrewing connections on drilling tools. Use of oxy-fuel cutting for removing connections and components. Classification and handling of hazardous waste and labeling of chemical substances.
