- Designed a customized kickoff workshop for Change Management approach for effective adoption of SAP ERP.
- Led the implementation of an SAP HCM system, improving governance and compliance across HCM systems.
- Implemented a cross-functional competency assessment system in record time, ensuring alignment with ISO and HSE standards.
- Integrated the HR Master Data interface for 1100 employees from Meta4 to SAP ERP in Mexico
- Established eNPS in Mexico for the first time and led a cross-functional project, improving the next year’s score by 15 pt.
