Managing the operations of Lohr Industrial Park, a private industrial park located in the State of Tlaxcala, and consisting of 100 Hectares. Direct staff under supervision: 4. Indirect staff: 30.
- Obtaining the industrial land use opinion, the environmental impact manifesto and create the bases for the executive project for the park infrastructure.
- Attracting Mexican and Foreign companies to invest and settle in Tlaxcala, within Lohr Industrial Park, managing the sale of land or rent of Industrial Warehouses owned by us.
- Managing with the companies in installation all their procedures and permits need from the authorities of the 3 orders (Federal, State and Municipal) to speed up their prompt operation.

Managing the operations of FIDECIX, Trust of the Industrial City of Xicohtencatl, entity in charge of managing 3 Industrial Parks and the Industrial Warehouses owned by the State. Direct staff under supervision: 8. Indirect staff: 55.
- Attracting Mexican and Foreign companies to invest and settle in Tlaxcala, within the Xicohtencatl Industrial Cities, managing the sale of land or rent of Industrial Warehouses owned by FIDECIX.
- Managing with the companies in installation all their procedures and permits need from the authorities of the 3 orders (Federal, State and Municipal) to speed up their prompt operation.
- Managing the trust's annual budget, handle new investments, sales and rentals, report to the trust committee, and lead the various teams to address federal, state, and municipal audits.
- Maintaining in optimal condition all services, roads and common areas of the 3 Industrial Parks.
- Managing the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the Industrial Warehouses owned by FIDECIX.
- Ensuring the Safety of Industrial Cities and manage the Video Surveillance System (180 cameras, 8 arches for vehicle license plate detectors, 8 panic buttons and a monitoring center).

- Developing and implementing a new ERP for the Company.
- Responsible for the MRP to reduce material cost, Lead Times, inventory turns, and to introduce them into the VMI and EDI programs; to increase and develop materials quality, and coordinate negotiations to get proactively cost reductions on materials prices.
- Responsible for the Shipping Logistics team delivering Finish-Goods to their final destiny, and coordinating Traffic Department to follow Materials and Finish-Goods shipments.
- Monitoring and Controlling Warehouse Inventories, leading Cycle Counts, and responsible for receiving, warehousing, managing and supplying materials to the production lines.
