Betsabe Mendez Ramos

My background and technical skills gained at the most important and prestigious Law School and University in Mexico (National Autonomous University of Mexico), my mature judgment, and working and professional experiences in private and public entities, and my dedication and interest in research activities give me a solid groundwork to be a great prospective employee.

My social service work was an internship at the Mexico City Local Court, where I documented judicial processes. My working experiences include both the private and public sectors. I worked at the Mexican Social Security Institute (“IMSS”) and the Ministry of Environmental Protection–Water Commission Unit in the Mexican Federal Government.

In the mentioned Federal Government appointments, I was involved in regulatory and auditing activities. Also, I improved my English skills from September 2021 to August 2022 due to taking English classes in California as an International Student, while volunteering with Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California (FHANC) in Marin County, CA, the USA from May 2022 to July 2022.

I have a solid preparation and foundation in several law areas. During my bachelor’s, I had the opportunity to have classes focused on Comparative, Administrative, Public International, Business, Private International, and Mexican National Tax Laws, among other subjects. I also obtained a graduate certificate (“Diplomado”) in Administrative Law in 2019.
