  • Supply Chain Manager in Steering Column Division
• Responsible for production scheduling, material planning, customer service SCM and engineering changes in Supply Chain.
• KPI – Stock levels, Days On Hand, sales forecast, customer delivery performance, supplier delivery performance, obsolete materials and production adherence.

• June 2014 – August 2016 - AUDI Mexico
  • Production control specialist paint shop and assembly
    • Responsible for following the cars through the paint shop process, storage and after sending them to the assembly line in the right sequence, considering restrictions and mix with the pre-series cars.
    • Implementation and creation of process before the launch, during the ramp-up and the standardization for the series.
    • Coordination with the engineering, planning, pre-series and quality areas, for the production of the cars.
    • Administration of the cars blockage before the assembly line.
    • Graphs and reports administration.

  • 2013- June 2014 FAURECIA PUEBLA – Production Control and Logistics Plant Launch
    • To secure that product and process modifications are implemented within a plant, taking in consideration warehousing activities adaptations and internal-external flows engineering.
    • Manage logistic items in the design of the plant master plan from pre-serial phases until mass production.
    • Design and ensure adequate production lines supplies through the implementation of standardized work instructions in logistic areas.
    • Define relevant logistics conditions for engineering changes in terms of packaging, warehouse and picking locations.
    • Contact and visit the suppliers to accomplish the logistics agreements for the delivery frequencies, lead times, packaging and inventory levels.
    •  Define and design logistics loops with suppliers and customers.
