In my role as Field engineer and Technical Support Specialist, I provide critical assistance to National Accounts and Sales Reps and End Users.
Working collaboratively with Sales and Training teams, I ensured that dealers and end-users received the necessary technical support to address any product-related queries or issues. Additionally, I was responsible for handling customer complaints at PROFECO, the Mexican consumer protection agency.
