I have a Bachelor of Industrial Administration from UPIICSA - IPN and a Master's degree in Administration with a focus on Human Talent Management from Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Ixtapaluca (TESI), graduating in 2024. I also hold a certification in Recruiting 3.0 from Talento 2.0. I am an Instructor certified by CONOCER and have completed courses in psychometrics and basic payroll.

I speak advanced English (C1 level) and am passionate about learning new things and overcoming challenges.

I have over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. In addition to recruitment, I have been involved in key HR functions such as payroll setup, employee development, training coordination, cultural and communication initiatives, as well as onboarding and hiring processes.

My expertise spans industries including IT, automotive, finance, consulting, services, retail, and food production.
