Responsible of maintain the database in ERP and logistics platform of raw materials and finish goods for Air and Ocean shipments.

 Analyze and maintain supply chain process to design efficient, money saving solutions for every step of the chain.

 Create reports showing supply and shipping routes, cost analyst and other supply chain data and present to upper-level management executives.

 Provide clearance instructions to US Broker by providing shipment information, part number, HTS, description, coo, value, etc.

 Assist to the compliance Manager with deductions and reports as project of Duty Drawback and CBP requirements.

 Coordinate the actualization process of month end and quarter with logistics team and carriers and gather all the proper documentation in order to elaborate the report for finance.

 Elaborate US Customs reconciliation.

 Review and approval of invoices related Logistics and compliance department for Air, Ocean, domestic shipments, warehousing, border crossing carriers.

Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.

Coordinate the routing of import and export bookings with Freight Forwarders.

Support the development of existing and new customers by working closely with the Logistics Manager and the entire organization.

Collaborate and build relationships with customers, carriers, and agent representatives regarding air, ocean, import, and export products to strengthen service competitiveness.

Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings and process all import/export documentation to clearing agents to include: (Commercial Invoices, Packing List, AES's, Manifest, Shipping Instructions, Bill of Ladings, and

Certificate of Origin, etc.)

Dispatch pick-ups to authorized agents and drayage companies, shipping lines, airlines,trucking companies, clearing agents, warehouses, and all other parties involved in the shipment.

Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to customers.

Attend meetings with logistics in order to minimize the time between the delivery of the goods and/or the pick up by the forwarding agent, where applicable.
