● Elaborate non-conformance reports through QT9 platform.
● Collaborate with Engineering to analyze non-conformances and determine the appropriate disposition.
● Develop and revise inspection methods considering client specification,
manufacturing process, functionality, and tooling capabilities.
● Give feedback on changes to engineering drawings to ensure that designed control follows current capabilities, helping define critical dimensions through functionality and risk assessment.
● Report of daily activities to determine current workload capability and better estimate dates for project deliverables.

● Support the manufacturing department by attending meetings with clients for detailed review of drawing specifications for current non-conforming raw material and assemblies, considering process and inspection method capabilities, to achieve clear and reliable manufacturing specifications and quality control.
● Support the jigs department with fixture validation, by giving feedback on design, drawings, dimensional scheme, tolerance, and critical dimensions, and performing FAI.
● Interpretation of engineering drawings for inspection of dimensional,
cosmetic and functional specifications.
● Programming and evaluation of CMM measurement routines in multiple software environments.
● Execution of CMM measurement routines for incoming inspection material.
● Support with Full FAI, Engineering studies, Special Requests of fixtures and components as required.
● Fixture design and evaluation, ensuring quick and accurate measurement capabilities.
● Assist in the development and revision of documents (such as work instructions, NCMR, etc.), through QCBD software.
● Provide training and support to inspectors, following protocols and work instructions from the quality system.
● Administration of equipment calibration through QCBD, requesting service as required.
