I am a 23-year-old professional with a completed Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Management through an international program, as well as a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Committed to continuous personal and professional development, I aim to excel in all aspects of my life. By enhancing my skills and knowledge every day, I strive to make a significant contribution to the success and growth of any organization I am part of.

During my internship at Grupo Murona – Club Hípico Monterrey, which began in September 2024, I worked as a Process Analyst, focusing on formalizing and optimizing operational processes in the gardening area. I mapped and documented key processes such as irrigation, pruning, fertilization, fumigation, and waste management, while simplifying workflows to improve efficiency. I also developed concise objectives and schedules for activities, proposed improvements in workplace infrastructure (including rest areas, lighting, ventilation, and restrooms), and addressed the lack of formal systems for organizing instructor schedules and track assignments.

My efforts contributed to increasing operational efficiency, reducing ambiguities, and enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
