In 26 years leading finance in multinational environments for public and not public companies, the numbers have always reflected one thing: what a well-led team can achieve when they have clarity, the right systems, and a leader who removes obstacles instead of creating them.

I report directly to U.S. headquarters and operate fluently across cultures, standards, and stakeholder expectations — from the HQ CFO in the USA to the Leadership team on the ground in Mexico. I translate complexity into decisions, uncertainty into governance, and ambition into execution.
