Negotiation of savings for an amount of $30M USD in tooling & capital for Trax Volume increase of 60K
Lead a cross functional team to perform an In-Sourcing for K2XX’s roof stamping from SLMF to GM Silao avoiding supplier’s capacity constrain, while achieving $100K USD yearly savings in piece price plus $150K USD in Logistics
