My experience includes leading global legal operations for a Nasdaq-listed technology company, participating in a SPAC transaction, and overseeing public company compliance, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), intellectual property, complex commercial contracts, litigation strategy, and external counsel management.

Previously, I held senior roles at EY Mexico and EY Spain, supporting multinational clients on M&A, corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and multi-jurisdictional investments. I currently serve as Deputy General Counsel in the mining, agribusiness, and infrastructure sectors.
