1. Design and creation of content for internal communications, invitations, flyers, presentations, calls for participation using canva an Adobe Photoshop.
2.  Recording, coordinating, and editing videos. Information analysis and report writing. 
3. Database management and customer service using excel. Use of company-specific communication and audio channels.
4. Planning and organizing internal events, recreational activities with other departments, and creating educational material (logistics and themes). 
5. Welcoming new hires, taking corporate photographs, introducing onboarding and Day One processes, working with human resources.

•  ACHIEVEMENTS:
•  Corporate photography campaign for all administrative staff. 
• Proposal and creation of digital manuals on “how to schedule meetings and book rooms in Outlook” and “How to upload, change, and/or delete my profile picture in Teams and WorkDay”.
•  Improvement of internal communication within the production line as well as management of the suggestion box in transportation for union and non-union staff.
