• Kick off and regular (weekly or more are required) meetings with the quote team (SCM, PE, ME, IE, Packaging, Sales, Finances).
• Create and manage a quote timing chart with Due dates and hold the team members to those dates.

  Documentation to hand off to the PDT upon completion of the quote (quote documentation, assumptions, data for AR).

• Schedule and hold the R and PDR design review.
• Create, update and maintain a data base for component costs (make and purchase parts, production and quoted parts).
• Interact globally with the functional teams in order to collect and provide all quote data on time to the customer. 
• Assure the team has an aggressive but attainable cost for all the upcoming / ongoing quotes.
